Before download
Leave more free disk space than the listed install size for patches, verification and temporary files. Use the official launcher route for your region.
First performance test
Start at a conservative preset, test a busy area and adjust one setting group at a time. Stable frame time is more useful than a high menu benchmark.
Connection check
Use a stable broadband connection and select a region that fits your latency. Hardware requirements do not solve server or routing problems.
If AION 2 will not launch
Verify the launcher update, graphics driver, available storage, 64-bit Windows requirement and the current maintenance status. Read the exact error rather than reinstalling repeatedly.

For Steam, PURPLE and regional access, use the platform guide and official notices. Do not treat PC specifications as confirmation of console, Steam Deck, Linux or mobile support.
